How we handle your data

WithU Life Partner (the "App") is built by our team. We collect only the minimum data required to run the service and never sell your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.
1. Data we collect
Account information: the phone number or email you provide at sign-up, used to create and access your account.
Conversation content: messages you exchange with AI characters, used to generate replies and provide a continuous companionship experience. Used solely to provide the service to you.
Body & cycle data: body metrics, period and mood entries you choose to record, stored only to generate your personal health insights.
Device & log data: device identifiers, push tokens (for notifications), crash logs and service operation logs.
Purchase information: membership subscriptions and petal purchases are processed by the App Store / Google Play. We never see or store your full payment card details; we keep transaction receipts only for entitlement and support.
2. How we use data
To provide core features: AI conversations, character memory, task coaching, health insights and reminders.
To keep the service safe: troubleshooting, abuse prevention and reliability.
To process purchases: verifying transactions, granting entitlements and handling refunds.
We do not use your conversations for advertising and do not sell data to third parties.
3. Storage & security
Data is stored on servers protected by access controls and transmitted over HTTPS.
During AI inference, necessary conversation context is sent to our large-model service provider to generate replies; your conversations are not shared with any other third party.
4. Your controls
You can view and correct your body and cycle records in the App at any time.
You can contact us to delete your account and associated data; after deletion, conversation history and personal data are removed from production systems within a reasonable period.
You can turn off push notifications anytime in system settings.
5. Children
The App is not directed at children under 14. If we learn we have collected a child's information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
6. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
